ABOUT COLOMBIA NARIÑO
The highest-grown Colombian coffee is cultivated in Nariño, a small region bordering Ecuador and the Pacific Ocean. Steady year-round sunlight, variation between day and nighttime temperatures, and rich volcanic soils converge to make this a place where lively, deeply sweet coffees are grown. Farms in Nariño are the smallest in Colombia, on average less than one hectare each. The production of specialty coffee in Nariño is an artisanal process led by the coffee grower, his or her family, and other members of the community with whom they share the work.

ABOUT THE REGION
Colombia is a land of extremes. With vast rain forests, sprawling savannas, huge mountains, and 2,900 kilometers of coastline on two oceans, this equatorial country is one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth. Colombia’s incredible variety of micro-climates allows it to produce a significant volume of premium washed Arabica every month of the year.

Orders that come in before Monday at 11:59pm will be roasted on Tuesday and delivered/shipped on Wednesdays. Subscription orders will be delivered/shipped on Wednesdays.
RETURNS:

We do not accept returns but if at any point you have difficulty brewing, or just appreciating the coffee, no problem. Shoot us an email and we'll help you find the correct brew settings, replace the bag and/or give you a credit on your next purchase. In other words, we're a coffee company with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
APPAREL -

Please check the size guides to ensure you have the correct fit. We will not accept exchanges or give refunds for these products over sizing issues. For all other problems, please contact us and we will review and issue a refund on a case by case basis.
In Stock Apparel:
If your item doesn't fit we will gladly exchange it for another size. We do not do refunds on apparel. All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
Customers must pay for return shipping unless the circumstance calls for it. In that case, we would then take care of all reshipping costs.
